
Background of Project :-
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), here in after called as ‘ONGC’, a Maharatna Company is engaged in exploration and exploitation of Western & Eastern Offshore field of India. Presently, ONGC has around 332 jackets in western offshore. The fields are well developed, with an extensive infrastructure of wellhead platforms, process platforms and pipelines. Western offshore consists of three assets viz. Mumbai High Asset (MH), Neelam & Heera Asset (N&H) and Bassein & Satellite Asset (B&S). Various redevelopment projects are under implementation in western offshore to improve recovery and production. ONGC intend to take up repair and strengthening of platform jackets in Western Offshore.

Ashkam’s Work Milestone:
Successfully executed comprehensive structural analyses—including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Pushover, Fatigue, and In-Place analyses—along with the development of all complex drawings for the repair and strengthening of offshore platforms. All tasks were completed within the scheduled timeframe, demonstrating strong technical proficiency and effective project management.
