HSE POLICY
Ashkam Energy Pvt. Ltd. recognizes that Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) matters are an integral part of its business performance and is committed to prevent or minimize all types of accidents, protect people, property and the environment and to conduct its business legitimately, ethically and in a socially responsible manner through the implementation of the following in our operations.
- Constantly monitor measure and review HSE performance data for excellence and continual improvement.
- Maintain and practice emergency response plans to protect our employees, customers and the environment in the event of an incident.
- Ensure the company will establish appropriate processes to minimize waste, use resources efficiently and encourage recycling.
- Ensure that all applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements are met and adopt recognized international standards where regulatory requirements do not exist.
- Ensure employees are provided with tools and necessary training and that they have the knowledge and skills needed to perform their work competently.
- Be honest and fair in all our dealings and demonstrate the highest standard of ethics in conducting our business.
- Exercise the right to stop work when they believe that a situation exists that places them, co-worker(s), the environment or company assets at risk or in danger.
- Report all safety concerns immediately to prevent incidents and to drive continual improvement
- Actively participate and contribute in the company and customer HSE programmes.
- Lead by example and always comply with defined systems and procedures of works.
The company measures the achievement of this HSE policy by setting measurable HSE performance targets in our business plans and operations and shall be reviewed periodically to ensure continuous improvement.
